I've always enjoyed producing and problem solving. After graduating from art school and becoming an art director from my first video shoot I was hooked, I looked at the producer in the middle of the chaos, I was hooked, 18+ years later still at it nurturing teams and finding new exciting ways to problem solve.

Skills

Understand- It starts with loving what you do. I consume all things in an attempt to understand and remix them professionally to stay current and produce results.

Plan - Short term or long term, without a plan, there is no strategy. Being OCD at work is a good thing, and there is never too much preparation or communication.

​

Execute - Hold on to your integrity and your instincts, pair them with the needs of your organization, and then recruit a great team, and trust the plan.
